We aimed to present a rare case with right ectopic ureter (EU) occurred in different clivage and right double ureteropelvic system (DUS) which causes diurnal urinary incontinence (DUI) and serious social problem in a young girl accepted late period. A 14-years-old girl was evaluated for ectopic ureter causing urinary incontinence and recurrent infection. She had periodic pains in right lomber region and congenital urinary incontinence which repeated 5 minutes after toilet need. Her internal clothes were frequently wet. Hydroxyzine HCl, imipramin HCL, Sertralin HCL, desmopressin, and oxybutinin HCL had been used for the patient who applied to different health institutions. She did not have any benefits of these drugs. She had right ectopic ureter, associated with urethra and double collecting system in right kidney after performing renal USG, cystoscopy, VCUG, urodinamy, MRU, and MAG-3. Right ectopic ureter was found, dissected, and cut at the limit of urethra. Ureteroneocystostomy was performed. Vesicoureteral reflux was not identified in control VCUG. Postoperative evaluation documented no urinary incontinence and no low life quality. The patient has urinary continence, high life quality, and normal kidney function and she has no social problem. Ectopic ureter should be considered in the differential diagnosis of children and adolescents which applied with the congenital diurnal incontinence considering bladder dysfunctions treated with medical and conservative approaches.
