Amaç: Bu çalışmada, kliniğimizde son 11 yılda Wilson hastalığı tanısı alan çocuk hastaların demografik özellikleri, klinik bulguları, laboratuvar–histopatolojik verileri, uygulanan tedavilerin sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Gastroenteroloji Bilim Dalı’nda 1 Eylül 2012–1 Ocak 2023 tarihleri arasında Wilson hastalığı tanısı alan 19 pediatrik olgu retrospektif olarak incelendi. Hastaların klinik, biyokimyasal, radyolojik ve histopatolojik bulguları kaydedildi, tanı aşamasında Ferenci skoru temel alındı. Bulgular: Hastaların %57,8’i erkek olup ortalama tanı yaşı 8,84 ± 3,64 yıl idi. En sık başvuru nedeni tesadüfen saptanan transaminaz yüksekliğiydi ve olguların %78,9’u hepatik formda izlendi. Fizik muayenede en sık bulgu hepatomegali (%52,6) oldu. Kayser–Fleischer halkası %31,5, nörolojik bulgular %15,7 oranında görüldü. Ortalama serum serüloplazmin düzeyi 8,47 ± 8,06 mg/dL, 24 saat idrar bakır atılımı 468,42 ± 562,87 µg idi. Karaciğer kuru doku bakır düzeyi (n=16) ortalama 797,63 ± 527,08 µg/g bulundu. On hastada genetik doğrulama yapıldı; üç hastada D-penisilamin ilişkili hematolojik yan etkiler nedeniyle tedavi değiştirildi ve bir olguya karaciğer nakli uygulandı. Sonuç: Pediatrik Wilson hastalığı geniş klinik çeşitlilik göstermekle birlikte çoğunlukla hepatik tutulumla seyreder. Düşük serüloplazmin, artmış idrar bakır atılımı ve karaciğer bakır birikimi tanıda yol göstericidir; Ferenci skoru yüksek tanısal güvenilirlik sağlamaktadır. Erken tanı ve tedavi hastalık seyrini olumlu etkiler.
